Love and Forgiveness

This is the most important chapter of the book. The concept of love is the most
special, divine and sacred of all that you do on earth, for in the moment of
true love, you bring heaven down to earth for that time. It is your connection
to the Divine, to yourselves and to those you love and those who love you.
Love has many forms: love of a spouse, love of a child and a parent, friend or
even enemy. To love someone who does disservice against you is indeed allowing
love to expand into forgiveness. This is a joy for us to behold, for
forgiveness releases karma and opens doors to a new level of consciousness. But
like truth and honesty, forgiveness must be from the heart. You cannot verbally
forgive but in your heart feel angry or disappointed. The mask that appears
when you are not truly in integrity clouds and lessens all that you do, in
every aspect of your life. It takes you away from your harmony with all, and
places you alone and without meaning.
We in the angelic kingdom believe love conquers all, for love is the only
emotion that transcends all the others. For love has no bounds, it can be
readily sent and accepted, there are no rules with love, only that it is given
and received from the heart.
In the first instance, love is what you discover when you begin to live. To
live with the sun on your face and joy in your heart, you will always find
love. Love exists first and foremost within you and for you. Love is not only
for others. You cannot understand love, unless you understand loving yourself.
You are part of the Divine. Would you call the Divine useless? No. Then you
cannot call yourself that.
We have talked about negative self talk and this is one of the first places you
can see where you do not love yourselves, for why would you speak so unkindly
to yourself? You are on a journey, a powerful and exciting journey that will
have many twists and turns along the way. You don't need to be against
yourselves, for you have the world around you to experience, conquer and
master. You do not need to master yourself, only your thoughts. You can choose
to do this - as with all things, you have much choice in all that you do. Start
your day with being mindful that negative self talk will not work for you
anymore. You may be repeating the same patterns of behaviour, like an old
record, going over and over the same story. Release the story. How has that
negative talk helped you? Why do you believe it to be true?
We in the spiritual realms see you struggle with love and love for oneself,
when it is the simplest of tasks to achieve. You do not need anything but
yourself to invite love to flourish, for you do not need to invite it in, as it
resides in each and every one of you. The light that shines so brightly inside
all of you will burn for eternity. It can never be extinguished. When you
criticise yourself, your light dims, but it will never go out. Even when you
pass over to the other side, your light will shine from your soul, like a
beacon that will light the way. Light will attract light and you will be
attracted to those whose lights shine brightly, for they have discovered that
loving gives strength and understanding and it is a powerful magnet for others.
Love is the glue that mends even the most broken of hearts. Love solves all
mysteries in the universe and gives you the strength to pick yourselves up and
carry on, even when you are worried and alone. Love is what connects our world
and yours, for love is the umbrella under which are all the other emotions:
trust, understanding, compassion, wisdom, joy, connection. In the love you
seek, seek first within yourself. In loving yourself you will shine and allow
others to see how they too, can love themselves also. Love is a great teacher,
for only through love will your wars stop, starvation end and the other ills
that beset your planet at present. From a place of love one would not pollute
the rivers, or destroy the forests, plunder the seas, for there is plenty for
everyone and love will see the bigger picture and the place where there is
abundance for all.
We see very clearly that love is missing for you in many places of your life;
love of yourself, but also of those you pass in the street, or meet on the
stairs, drive past in your cars. They are all on the same journey as you; you
are not separate. Your love for others will radiate out and will have great
impact on the vibration of the planet. But love must be real and come from the
heart. That is the only stipulation, otherwise it is not love.
When we forgive another, or make the time to find a way to understand why
something is so then love will help you find a way out of the darkness. You
live in a time where there are great misunderstandings on earth and you will go
to war over a misunderstanding. Each side may be looking out of only one
window, but through love, patience and kindness all is possible.
When another smiles at you from the heart, it touches some place deep inside,
even if that person is a stranger. You are designed for love, just in the same
way you are designed to eventually remember why you are on earth in the first
place. But first you must reach a point when you can love yourselves and accept
yourselves for the greatness that you hold. You are of the Divine, nothing
less, so each moment is special and holds the keys to your future. By exploring
and delving into yourselves, supporting and caring, you will find the place
where great wisdom resides and you will be party to a wealth of knowledge that
will take you to another place, away from what your limiting belief of the
world currently offers you.
A master is someone who follows their own heart, not the journey of someone
else. Be mindful that all that you do and see and say must come from the heart.
Your journey will be lighter, faster and much more enjoyable. The obstacles
that you saw before as mountains to climb and rivers to cross become something
to respect and admire, not to shy away from and hide. For there is always great
beauty in pushing past your fears and seeing life from a higher place.
When we connect with you, we connect at the heart. Your soul always welcomes us
for it knows we come with wisdom, guidance and peace. When you love yourself
you experience love from a new perspective, one that connects your earthly life
to the spiritual world. When you have the ability to straddle these two
dimensions, you are really experiencing heaven on earth for those moments.
How do I love another who has hurt me or tried to destroy me? This is the age
old question, always wanting to be right and looking out of just one window,
yours and your perspective alone. We ask that you speak with us in order to
gain understanding of those with whom you struggle against, or have past
frustrations with.
Love can be all encompassing, but you can also love those on a soul level and
not for their unkind actions. You can separate the two, for love connects with
another at a soul level, a place where there is no disharmony, only deep
understanding.
Why not practice sending love to another whom you do not know? Could you sit
quietly on a park bench and send love to someone who walks past? Would this
feel strange to you? You have many who have walked on earth to help you with
the issue of love. Jesus, Mohammed and Buddha are famous and known to you all,
but there are many who work in caring professions who touch others with their
love and compassion. Do you think that those who choose to work in hospices for
the dying do this for the money? I can assure you that they do it because they
can share their love with others who are ending their journey time on earth. It
is a very special one who chooses to do this work for to pass over immersed in
love, is indeed powerful.
We love each and every one of you. No one is more special than another. We hear
your call and tend to all. Open up to us and to yourselves. "Seek and ye
shall find", your bible says. Shine and the world will shine with you,
awaken your planet to the joy you could be living and experiencing. The next
generation will care more for the animals and plants and flowers than the
generation before. The spiritual light has been awakened in many and will
continue to shine for all time. You will feel the presence of light in many
areas of your life, sometimes in places that you would not expect it.
Be not afraid, for love will always set you free. It will release the binds
that tie you and let you soar to a place of wisdom and great understanding. We
feel for each and every one of you. Go in peace. Go in love. We are here. Ask
for us and we will come. We can never leave until you are all safely over the
other side, that we can promise you. It is our task and one that we rejoice in,
for we are connected to the human race more than you realise.
